Birthday Fun

Bella loves birthday celebrations. She thinks that having a birthday automatically means having a party (it should be that way, shouldn't it?). So, we had our own little party for Adam with just the four of us. We even did a little decorating...
Bella helped, hanging her own sign and writing "Happy Birthday, Dad" on the streamer...
Per Adam's request, we spent the day outdoors by the water, visiting one of our favorite little spots. We were the only ones there for much of the afternoon, so we lounged for awhile...


Bella did some climbing...
And we played on the swings for a bit...
We also took a lovely stroll by the ferry landing and beach...
It was a beautiful day!
